Introduction

Manage Inbound Shipments page allows you to view all inbound shipments for your warehouses.


Main Page



The table shows all the inbound shipments based on the 3 filters:

  1. Created Date Filter - It filters the records based on the created date of the shipments.
  2. Quick Filter - It provides a quick filter based on the status of the shipments.
  3. Comprehensive Filter - It allows you to filter based a range of criteria including country, brand and warehouse.

Clicking on any of the shipments shows its details.

Client/brand's name

Tracking Number

Tracking number from the carrier delivering the shipment-
Tags
Short tag to flag any special case by the warehouse
Shortage - if there is quantity shortage for any SKU
Excess - if there is quantity excess for any SKU

ASN Note

Additional note provided by client/brand during ASN submission-

Planned Arrival

Planned arrival date of the shipment at the warehouse (i.e. receiving date)-

Created Date

Created date of the ASN-

Received / Expected Qty

Received quantity refers to the total quantity received. (i.e. sum of usable and unusable quantity)
Expected quantity (aka consignment quantity) refers to the expected quantity to arrive at the warehouse.
